Drama klinik 1

Hari selasa. Drama setiap hari di klinik. Tapi hari ini dapat 2 kes yang hampir sama. Kes 1. Mak anak pertama. 38minggu Keluar cecair jernih 3 hari. Baru dtg hari ini sbb temujanji. Demam tiada. Tiada sakit perut. Baby gerak ok. Mak tak tahu tu air ketuban ke tak sbb sbb tak sakit. Dx: air ketuban pecah awal? (Preterm premature rupture of membrane) Kes 2. Mak anak kedua. 33minggu Sakit perut kontraksi dari malam tadi. Setiap 10minit perut mengeras. Datang hari ini sbb temujanji. Demam tiada. Baby gerak ok. Mak rasa ok je. Ingat biasa Kiraan kontraksi : 1:10:20 - satu kontraksi dalam 10minit selama 20saat Dx: premature labour contraction? False contraction? Tiap kali datang follow up mmg akan ditekankan tanda perlu ke hospital segera. : sakit perut/ tanda bersalin/ baby kurang gerak. Ibu selalu beralasan ikut tarikh temujanji / ingat ini normal proses. No. You must always ask. Dan masa misi educate tu tolong dengar. Huhu. The effect akan kena ke baby / ibu.  A

Aisya 5th birthday

Assalamualaikum anak mami Fatima & Aisya, Sudah besar anak mami sekarang. Sangat pandai. Banyak akal dan banyak komentar tentang semua di sekelilingmu. I have forgotten about this blog - letters to both of you. Since instagram has instastory and such. But in ig i cant write much. So where to start? Lama sangat mami tinggal blog 😂 We start from last month lah. Adik turned 5 years old on 25th September. So fast, I know. Lots of things that I wish we can do together before you two wont kiss me goodnight any more. Mami & Abah did small celebration for two of you! Ekekekkeke. 2in1 - ya lah. Must save for our next roadtrip / vacation. And dont want you to merajuk also. Mami masak your favorite macaroni goreng, we bought gardenia muffin at tesco, milo kotak and some sweet and candy. We enjoy our visit to Ecoshop too. Thank god for ecoshop! We can buy hadiah murah meriah for their friends and uztazah. Yang penting: ingatan and cantik.  Here are some of the pics that day.

SPICE report

On Saturday, we woke up early... tak dapat melingkau dalam selimut. Bgn pagi, make breakfast - roti canai- cap kawan. (I always have this kawan roti canai as frozen stock sbb sedap and crunchy. The girls love them so much) Gave Kiki our regular stray cat her breakfast  (She looks like shes pregnant again! Her previous kittens da kena curi kot. N nowmpregnant again 😵 have to get her on family planning after this)  Then we went to the girls school for ayya SPICE report - i think its student progress report kot.  So, I sat in front of aunty Shida, Ayya's school teacher feeling very anxious. Sebab?  Sebab this is her last year in kindergarten. Next year she will be standard one. 😱 I can't that! I started this blog when i was in confinement after delivering her. Dengan tujuan untuk mengupdate everything about me as a mother. But.... So back to her SPICE report, this year Alhamdulillah. Good progress. Teacher said all the good things. Reading ✅ Math ✅ So

goodbye Selangor!

Salam and hi! Its 2017. I hopt this year Im gonna be a littlt bit active with blogging lah~~ Salam lebaran 1430H  Its our first Ramadhan in Kota Bharu.  How did the Asrars ended up in KB?  Pijoy moved to KB in December 2016 to continue his study in EM Med.  that time I so devastated.. like whyyyy so jauh. Why it has to be kb. Why 500km awayyyy When he was in Melaka pun jauh nau..ini kan pula that 8hours journey.  So, I actually did sent tranfer letter in June 2016. When he first got the offer.. Lama juga la I waited for the tranfer. I siap tulis surat rayuan. Becos you know, Im dramatic liddat 😅 I waited for so longggg~ But ada hikmahnya.  In February, me, ayya and Aisya dapat pindah to kb. Fuh. The cry of happiness. 😭 Dan bermulalah kehidupan kami sekeluarga disini.  Amin.. After all these years... 6years PJJ. 😏 Finally.. 😋😆 manisnya datang tepat pada masanya.  Saying good bye to PKD Kuala Langat. Been here for 4years. Miss

After about 20 days....

hahahah. On previous blog I was so upset. Like SUPER upset and sad n gloomy. Now nomore. Proudly to say. Its back ot its track. The diet i mean. 😂 I weighed 3kg lighter. Feel more energized and lighter. So I talked to my husband. Nagging and ranting. Yadda yadaa As usually muka dia macam ini 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔😑🙄 Thanks for the big help, my love! And sebab tuuuu la I mcm okay. Tak pe dude. U see yaaa. i transformed jdi wonder woman. Gitu. So i have uploaded this app which I found it very helpful. My fitness pal. Mmg my pal indeed. Semua jenis makanan ada beb. Melayu cina india semua ada. So I baru tahu yg my peberet sambal belacan tu banyak sangat kalori dia 😭😭 ONE TSP - 15kcal. Kalau aku makan mmg bukan 1 tsp. 1 senduk! So sadly, I bid sambal belacan good bye. I still cant upload pictures.. Huhuhu. Can somebody help me?

Hello Herbalife. We meet again.

My first entry in 2016. And 2016 is about to end.. Ahahahahah. Been super busy. Kids. Work. Studies. they have taken so much energy from me. That i have become so FAT. yes. I skip my meal. Binge eating. Late night hunger pangs. Cravings like there is no tomorrow. Yada.yada So many excuses. It kinda hurt when people asked me whether im pregnant or not. Yes. Its that FAT! It hurts that u just tell them that i do gained weigth and make some poker face with killer look 😠 So. At the end of 2016. I vowed to eat more healthily. Good bye to nasi lemak every morning. So i restarted back on Herbalife and atkins diet. Week 2 already. But i started at phase 4. As i still breastfeed Aisya. Lets see my progress. (But i cheated last week bcos its durian season, maafkan saya 😝) Thanks to coach Bob Firdaus for letting me in the whatsapp fitness group that made me feel SEMANGAT!! If that dude/dudettes whos used to be huge can kurus and fit. So do I #fattofit Coach Bob

Yes. Ayya da ada adik. Aisya Zainab Asrar Binti Hafizul Asrar Named after her late great grandmother Aisya - makmok Esah Zainab - Great grandma from Abah's side meaning: precious jewel. She's beautiful (every children are beautiful) but because she's mine, so extra more I delivered her on 25 September 2014 Was hoping to deliver the same date as mine but no rezeki Via C-sect, yes another C-sec i was 6cm - brought down to the labour room they ruptured my membrane and pooof it was moderate meconium her heart gone down to 80 Went to the OT Eventful in the OT i had post partum hemorrhage - bleed 1.5L of blood transfused one pint of blood I was exausted. but seeing my baby after i woke up from my anaesthesia worth everything in the world Bersyukur Ya Allah. Aku masih dapat melihat anakku She's big - 4.1kg one of the many reason she did not want to come out. ehehe but she's healthy now! and im the happiest mother! Currently she is 7 mont
