Hello Herbalife. We meet again.

My first entry in 2016. And 2016 is about to end.. Ahahahahah.

Been super busy.
Kids. Work. Studies.

they have taken so much energy from me. That i have become so FAT.
yes.

I skip my meal. Binge eating. Late night hunger pangs. Cravings like there is no tomorrow.
Yada.yada

So many excuses.

It kinda hurt when people asked me whether im pregnant or not.
Yes. Its that FAT!

It hurts that u just tell them that i do gained weigth and make some poker face with killer look 😠

So. At the end of 2016.
I vowed to eat more healthily.
Good bye to nasi lemak every morning.


So i restarted back on Herbalife and atkins diet. Week 2 already.
But i started at phase 4. As i still breastfeed Aisya.
Lets see my progress.

(But i cheated last week bcos its durian season, maafkan saya 😝)


Thanks to coach Bob Firdaus for letting me in the whatsapp fitness group that made me feel SEMANGAT!!

If that dude/dudettes whos used to be huge can kurus and fit. So do I #fattofit
Coach Bob shared a lot of motivations and fitness fits and tips.

Wish i can join his fitness bootcamp in Shah Alam.
Only rm60 for 12 session!!
Monday wednesday and friday 8.45-10.00pm
Heard they give you shakes post fitness session but with different fees, i guess.

Unfortunately i cant join as I have my little pokemons at home.
Talking about pokemons. Do you guys play them?
My sisters do. They said its good cos it made you run and walk to hatch the eggs.
Kalau aku main. Abislah koje tak jalan. Aku yg berjalan 😅
So now trying to push myself to make that treadmill 'berasap' not 'berhabuk'
Haha. Funny me.

Drama klinik 1

Hari selasa. Drama setiap hari di klinik. Tapi hari ini dapat 2 kes yang hampir sama. Kes 1. Mak anak pertama. 38minggu Keluar cecair jernih 3 hari. Baru dtg hari ini sbb temujanji. Demam tiada. Tiada sakit perut. Baby gerak ok. Mak tak tahu tu air ketuban ke tak sbb sbb tak sakit. Dx: air ketuban pecah awal? (Preterm premature rupture of membrane) Kes 2. Ingat biasa Kiraan kontraksi : 1:10:20 - satu kontraksi dalam 10minit selama 20saat Dx: premature labour contraction? False contraction? Tiap kali datang follow up mmg akan ditekankan tanda perlu ke hospital segera. : sakit perut/ tanda bersalin/ baby kurang gerak. Ibu selalu beralasan ikut tarikh temujanji / ingat ini normal proses. No. You must always ask. Dan masa misi educate tu tolong dengar. Huhu. The effect akan kena ke baby / ibu. ...

Wonderful Life.

T his is the first time Im blogging. after influenced by my sister's blog. of course their blogs are about love, and boys... its not my time anymore.. :D Staying at home, away from work for about 2 months, make me realise that I need to 'upgrade' my life in this wonderful, wonderful life.. Im blessed and surrounded by wonders. Alhamdullilah, SubhanaAlah, Allahu Akbar.. Im a loving wife :) Im a perfect mother Im a wonderful daughter Im a great sister and I'm a doctor by profession. see.... what a wonderful world i live in. full of colors

Salam and hi! Its 2017. I hopt this year Im gonna be a littlt bit active with blogging lah~~ Salam lebaran 1430H  Its our first Ramadhan in Kota Bharu.  How did the Asrars ended up in KB?  Pijoy moved to KB in December 2016 to continue his study in EM Med.  that time I so devastated.. like whyyyy so jauh. Why it has to be kb. Why 500km awayyyy When he was in Melaka pun jauh nau..ini kan pula that 8hours journey.  So, I actually did sent tranfer letter in June 2016. When he first got the offer.. Lama juga la I waited for the tranfer. I siap tulis surat rayuan. Becos you know, Im dramatic liddat 😅 I waited for so longggg~ But ada hikmahnya.  In February, me, ayya and Aisya dapat pindah to kb. Fuh. The cry of happiness. 😭 Dan bermulalah kehidupan kami sekeluarga disini.  Amin.. After all these years... 6years PJJ. 😏 Finally.. 😋😆 manisnya datang tepat pada masanya.  Saying good bye to PKD K...
