2013..

it's been awhile now. in fact soooo longgg already.
No new updates.. Dulu mula mula buat blog, nak update events in life la konon.. hahah..
well, now im in Shah Alam. Working as Medical Officer grade U41 (for 2 years now.. huhuh. bila nak naik pangkat ni). finally Im here. after hubby went to Lebanon for a mission.

So, literally Im a 'single mother' for 5months now.. heheh..
It's not easy when husband is not around.
Zahra misses her father so bad.. Every night before bedtime, its their dating time.
Zara will lenggok sana.. lenggok sini. singing. dancing for her Abah.
May.. please comes faster! hubby coming home :D

felt so helpless.

Wish this 2013 will bring us luck. and hope can get pregnant this year. so Zara has a new friend to play catch  and run. heheh...

    my daughter pon dah rindu sgt dkt daddy dia.. but i guess zahra lebih untung since ur husband coming back for holiday in may. my husband bulan julai.. oh my.. longggg way to go. may u n ur daughter strong n happy always..ok!

Hari selasa. Drama setiap hari di klinik. Tapi hari ini dapat 2 kes yang hampir sama. Kes 1. Mak anak pertama. 38minggu Keluar cecair jernih 3 hari. Baru dtg hari ini sbb temujanji. Demam tiada. Tiada sakit perut. Baby gerak ok. Mak tak tahu tu air ketuban ke tak sbb sbb tak sakit. Dx: air ketuban pecah awal? (Preterm premature rupture of membrane) Kes 2. Ingat biasa Kiraan kontraksi : 1:10:20 - satu kontraksi dalam 10minit selama 20saat Dx: premature labour contraction? False contraction? Tiap kali datang follow up mmg akan ditekankan tanda perlu ke hospital segera. : sakit perut/ tanda bersalin/ baby kurang gerak. Ibu selalu beralasan ikut tarikh temujanji / ingat ini normal proses. No. You must always ask. Dan masa misi educate tu tolong dengar. Huhu. The effect akan kena ke baby / ibu. ...

Buku Pink mengandung

Semasa mengandung wajib bagi seorang wanita untuk membuat buku mengandung di klinik swasta atau kerajaan. Penting ke? sangat penting! kesihatan diri wanita tersebut dan kesihatan janin di dalam kandungan akan dipantau secara berkala. if wanita tu tak ada masalah kesihatan, InsyaAllah semua akan smooth tp kalau ada masalah, maka doktor akan memeriksa lebih kerap. hello? bukan untuk saya atau doktor doktor lain tapi untuk ibu ibu dan anak anak. tapi, masih ada yang tak nak dengar nasihat,  ponteng datang klinik dan beribu alasan yang tak munasabah huhuhu.... sonang jo nak buat check up kat klinik kesihatan ni. especially if jumpa saya yang cantik ni, korang sure nak datang lagi.  1.
