My little chef

Every weekend, I'll be thinking what activity should I do with Ayya?

I want her to learn.
I want her to remember me as her greatest teacher.
and I want to be her best-est friend!
I want her to be my best-est friend
and I want us to have that mother- daughter bonding.
I want to be her everything.


so... this one fine weekend, we were so bored, (reading, watched tv, swimming, eating, cleaning house - done)
then Ayya said - mami, ayya nak cookies..

Oh yes! good idea,kiddo!
tgk dapur, ada la bahan bahan nak buat cookies.
timbang bahan bahan dan letak dalam bekas -- then all Ayya letak dalam mixer.. :P
Boleh la.. asal jadi.

Da siap! ada yang rentung.. my little chef bermain main and menarik mami ke mana mana, xda yang jaga cookies..

So yeap. We had fun.
Except at the end of it, mami was left alone cleaning up the kitchen.
my little chef fell asleep while eating her cookies. haha.. That's my girl!


Recipe chocolate cookies- (from The Joy of Baking)

113g butter (unsalted) - room temperature
105g Brown sugar
50g white sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
130g flour
30g cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
260 chocolate chips -- we ran out of this, so we use M&M instead

Preheat oven 170 degrees
put parchement paper

Mixed butter and sugar until fluffy
Add egg and vanilla extract --> incorperated

fold in chocolate chip -- we didnt use this

use 1 and 1/2 tablespoon batter on the sheet
5cm apart

bake 8-10 minutes
or cookies soft in the centre but firm at the edges

remove from the oven
cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet
the remove and put on the wire rack to cool down. :D

SPICE report

On Saturday, we woke up early... tak dapat melingkau dalam selimut. Bgn pagi, make breakfast - roti canai- cap kawan. (I always have this kawan roti canai as frozen stock sbb sedap and crunchy. The girls love them so much) Gave Kiki our regular stray cat her breakfast  (She looks like shes pregnant again! Her previous kittens da kena curi kot. N nowmpregnant again 😵 have to get her on family planning after this)  Then we went to the girls school for ayya SPICE report - i think its student progress report kot.  So, I sat in front of aunty Shida, Ayya's school teacher feeling very anxious. Sebab?  Sebab this is her last year in kindergarten. Next year she will be standard one. 😱 I can't that! I started this blog when i was in confinement after delivering her. Dengan tujuan untuk mengupdate everything about me as a mother. But.... So back to her SPICE report, this year Alhamdulillah. Good progress. Teacher said all the good things. Reading ✅ ...

After about 20 days....

hahahah. On previous blog I was so upset. Like SUPER upset and sad n gloomy. Now nomore. Proudly to say. Its back ot its track. The diet i mean. 😂 I weighed 3kg lighter. Feel more energized and lighter. So I talked to my husband. Nagging and ranting. Yadda yadaa As usually muka dia macam ini 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔😑🙄 Thanks for the big help, my love! And sebab tuuuu la I mcm okay. Tak pe dude. U see yaaa. i transformed jdi wonder woman. Gitu. So i have uploaded this app which I found it very helpful. My fitness pal. Mmg my pal indeed. Semua jenis makanan ada beb. Melayu cina india semua ada. So I baru tahu yg my peberet sambal belacan tu banyak sangat kalori dia 😭😭 ONE TSP - 15kcal. Kalau aku makan mmg bukan 1 tsp. 1 senduk! So sadly, I bid sambal belacan good bye. I still cant upload pictures.. Huhuhu. Can somebody help me?

Hello Herbalife. We meet again.

My first entry in 2016. And 2016 is about to end.. Ahahahahah. Been super busy. Kids. Work. Studies. they have taken so much energy from me. That i have become so FAT. yes. I skip my meal. Binge eating. Late night hunger pangs. Cravings like there is no tomorrow. Yada.yada So many excuses. It kinda hurt when people asked me whether im pregnant or not. Yes. Its that FAT! It hurts that u just tell them that i do gained weigth and make some poker face with killer look 😠 So. At the end of 2016. I vowed to eat more healthily. Good bye to nasi lemak every morning. So i restarted back on Herbalife and atkins diet. Week 2 already. But i started at phase 4. As i still breastfeed Aisya. Lets see my progress. (But i cheated last week bcos its durian season, maafkan saya 😝) Thanks to coach Bob Firdaus for letting me in the whatsapp fitness group that made me feel SEMANGAT!! If that dude/dudettes whos used to be huge can kurus and fit. So do I #fattofit Coach Bob ...
